The Water's Edge Property Owners' Association
The Water's Edge Property Owners' Association (WEPOA) aims to promote a sense of community and to protect the privileges and interest of the residents and property owners of the Water's Edge. WEPOA holds an annual meeting each year sometime in the fourth quarter. For all other times, residents and property owners may communicate their views and concerns to the WEPOA through their section representatives or at-large representatives.
The purpose of the website is to provide a ready reference for all WEPOA members to such information as: news concerning WEPOA, a listing of current association officers, covenants of each of the eight sections, articles of incorporation, and association bylaws. For association officers, secure access (ID and password) is provided to allow access meeting minutes.
The Water's Edge Home Owners' Association
Prior to the formation of the Water's Edge Property Owners' Association, the Water's Edge Homeowners Association (WEHOA) was incorporated in the State of Virginia on November 20, 1998. The purpose of WEHOA was to exercise, promote, and protect the privileges and interest of the residents and property owners of the Water's Edge.
